Every roofer we place is a real, operating roofing business with a Google Business Profile, and is insured and bonded. One company holds the spot in each area and keeps it only as long as homeowners are well served.
What every roofer we place must meet
- A real roofing business, currently operatingThe company you are matched with is an actual roofing business that is open and doing roofing work now.
- Has a Google Business ProfileYou can look the company up on Google yourself and see its business listing before anyone comes to your house.
- Insured and bondedThe company is insured and bonded. You can still ask it for a certificate of insurance before work starts; that is a normal request.
- One company per area, and it keeps the spot by performingOnly one roofer holds each area. It keeps the spot by taking the appointments it is sent and treating homeowners well. If it stops, it loses the spot.
What we don't claim
One Good Roofer is a matching service, not a roofing contractor. We do not inspect roofs, quote jobs or do the work, and we do not guarantee the roofer's work.
