For roofing companies
Get homeowner roof appointments in your area. Not shared leads.
One Good Roofer sends each homeowner request to one roofing company per area. You pay per appointment that shows, not per lead.

How it works
From a homeowner's question to your appointment.
A homeowner asks for a roofer
They answer a short survey: property type, timeline, how they plan to pay, roof type and home size.
We qualify them and show a price range
They see a typical price range for a home like theirs before anyone calls.
They book a time with you
The homeowner picks a time for the appointment. Their request goes to your company and no one else.
You pay per appointment that shows
You pay per appointment, not per lead. A small starter block gets you going; after that you're charged for each appointment we deliver. A no-show or an unqualified appointment doesn't count and isn't charged.

What counts
What counts as an appointment.
You only pay for appointments that meet all four.
- You meet the property owner
- They have a real roofing project
- The address is confirmed
- They show up for the appointment
A no-show or an unqualified appointment doesn't count and isn't charged.
